Cancellation Policy

Return and Refund Policy Refund Eligibility Refunds are not applicable for any group sessions or promotional packages. Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of the Company. Timeframe for Refund Requests Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase. Partial Refunds No partial refunds will be provided. Refunds, if approved, will be processed only at the Company’s sole discretion. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 60 days, provided correct bank details are available from the client. Mode of Refund Refunds, if approved, will be provided as credits for future sessions only. Non-Refundable Services Group sessions and promotional packages are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
